If you're not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

• You can return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, opened skincare or body products cannot be returned.

• If the issue is our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

• For other reasons, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
