3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT if applicable.

  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other available options shown at checkout.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes do not apply to confirmed orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within Egypt only.

  • Orders are processed within 24 business hours of confirmation.

  • Delivery time is estimated between 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery area.

  • Orders above EGP 700 qualify for free shipping.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

  • If we delivered a wrong or damaged product, we will cover return shipping fees.

  • In all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
